Cancel and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide authentic, brand-new Pokémon Trading Card Game products and excellent customer service.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return your order, please refer to our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

We only accept returns for brand-new, unopened, and factory-sealed products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must remain factory sealed.
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products and the possibility of pack searching, tampering, or mapping, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened or unsealed Pokémon TCG products.

Non-Returnable Items

For the integrity of collectible trading card products, all opened or unsealed products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Booster Packs
• Booster Boxes
• Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
• Collection Boxes
• Tins
• Special Collections
• Any other sealed Pokémon TCG products once opened

Once the factory seal has been broken, the item cannot be returned under any circumstances unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping package

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
